OUR PROCESS
Three connected stages.
Kraft paper procurement, corrugated sheet formation and box conversion. Each stage feeds the next, so a requirement can be discussed from the material upward.
STAGE 1
Kraft paper procurement
Kraft paper is sourced in various GSM grades from mills, distributors and suppliers, according to the sheets and boxes being produced.
Suppliers who can offer kraft paper are welcome to share their material specifications and commercial offer on the Supply to Us page.
STAGE 2
Corrugated sheet formation
The paper is converted into corrugated sheets: a fluted medium bonded between flat liners, cut to the required sheet dimensions.
Sheets can be supplied as an intermediate material or carried straight into box conversion.
STAGE 3
Box conversion
Sheets are converted into finished corrugated boxes to the internal dimensions and quantity agreed for each requirement.
